Amazon recommended this book in my profile:Get the Life You Want by Richard Bandler
I hadn't heard of him, but he turns out to be the co-founder of Neuro Linguistic Programming. The book comes with a CD. My first feelings are that I am 'sold' by the hype and fanatical support :)
If I buy the book I will review it here. I prefer hypnosis/persuasion MP3s but I may buy it for the CD itself. He doesn't seem to do MP3s online.
Paul McKenna, whom I admire, does the foreward to the book, which is available on Amazon UK in pdf format... well it was. I can't find it now.

I will also be exploring his website, RichardBandler.com I like the look of the 'Mindspa'. I also like the idea of 'fairy stories' with subtle persuasion techniques used.
